Take a look at Heidi Montag's body. You do not have to look closely. Of course her breasts are fake. Two years ago she came out and admitted to the plastic surgery. She also confessed that she had a lot of other work done. Who know what kind of other things Doctor 90210 has done to her?This does not detract from the fact that Heidi has a hot body. She is very slender with little to no fat on her. I don't think that tiny waist of hers is due to liposuction. She should have just kept what she had. Maybe she would not have been a Hollywood star. But she would have at least been real. Keep it real girls.
